What we're after: When a legal resources users searches for an AO using the global legal resources search, they are returned results based on keyword only. However, upon clicking on the "All results" button for those AO results, they are taken to the advisory opinions datatable that filters automatically by only those AOs that have final opinions. This presents a problem, when the previous page specifies that the user will be looking at "All results".
This ticket is to research the potential technical solutions to remove the default "Final opinion" filter when coming from the global legal resources search.
This is the previous issue for more information: #3535
