Summary

What we are after:
On Friday August 7, there will be a FR notice updating the regulations for admin fines. We need to do the routine work of updating the regulations page and the E&J pages. We will use this notice to train Info Division and content team staff in how to update regulations and E&J pages.

The regulations page at https://www.fec.gov/legal-resources/regulations/ has been updated.

The link to the Federal Register notice has also been added at https://www.fec.gov/legal-resources/enforcement/administrative-fines/calculating-administrative-fines/#legal-citations

Will complete the E&J update and do a demo tomorrow for content team and Information Division staff.

We've updated the citation and chronological indexes, and work was demo'ed for content, u/x and front end team members, as well as Info staff. @patphongs made a good suggestion to use the same tool we used for converting the tables for updating the (very dense with code) tables, which we'll do going forward.
