Identify improvements to bulk data sections and pages

What we're after:
We're finding that users who require certain bulk files are not finding what they need. A number of times, folks are using WEBK or other files on bulk data page when committee summary or some other file would be more useful to them. They don't think to look for bulk data files on other pages. If we want to maintain visibility of the committee summary file and other files on other pages we could provide a link to the bulk on the bulk data page.

Action items: (TBD)

• Create an epic for this work
• I’d like to look at each of these locations to see what our traffic is like and if we think folks who are interested in it know that it’s there and know how to find it, or examine the journey to get there.
• It seems like those places may not be the best places, but I’d also be interested in comparing the number of times we’ve been contacted with similar problems from bulk data users.
• Is a link the best, or moving the information entirely?
