Revisit best bets added to guidance search

Summary

What we are after:
In our MVP for guidance search, to make searches related to press releases and court cases work better, we added "best bets" to search.gov for them. This ticket is to revisit those best bets and adjust/add/delete as needed.

I've started my analytics research on this.

I've also reached out to OGC to ask for their feedback.

I've looked at the analytics gathered so far. We may need more data over more time to make a good decision about our best bets. For now, I'm going to revisit it towards the end of the sprint and compile what we have then. We're also waiting on OGC's feedback, so for now I'll move this ticket to blocked.

Have heard back from OGC and they don't have specific feedback for us at this time, but will keep their ears open.

Took a look at the search.gov and DAP analytics. We don't really need to do anything with best bets at this time. It's also premature to make any conclusions based on analytics right now, so I'd recommend putting off tickets to look at those until Innovation sprint or PI13.
