Summary

What we are after:
We want to make sure older scraped press releases look nice and have working links. We're prioritizing those that are guidance documents. This ticket is for the rest of them.

  • Links work
  • Press releases are consistent with fec.gov style
  • Title field contains FEC | Name of release
  • Description field contains "FEC press release on xxxxx, published [date]

The 2015 press releases have been cleaned up. I will now start on the 2013 releases.

The 2014 press releases have now been cleaned up thanks to the great group work of @dorothyyeager @djgarr. We are now diving into the 2013 releases.

We've done most of 2013. Putting this back into the icebox until content team has free time again.
