Summary

What we are after:
A lot of new content has been posted and we need to update our redirects so that people with older bookmarks are sent to the newly updated content.

Completion criteria

• Put in proxy and www redirects for

-old 2016 presidential spending limits on transition to new CMS page
-Record index 1999 to new CMS page
-Record index 1998 to new CMS page
-Record index 1997 to new CMS page
-Old joint fundraising brochure

• Update proxy and www redirects for old lobbyist bundling FAQ pages to point to new page. (Right now they point to 2019 Record article)

• After redirect is entered, @patphongs will deploy and merge.

• After the redirects are deployed, test them and update spreadsheet

• Put in ticket for front end to take down the pages from transition in future sprint.
