Page has been reviewed and it's ready to go. We are not going to publish it until a related Federal Register notice is published. Moving issue back to blocked until that notice is published (hopefully by end of sprint).

We received the word that it is OK to publish the limits. I've published them at https://www.fec.gov/help-candidates-and-committees/understanding-public-funding-presidential-elections/presidential-spending-limits-2020/.

The related pages have been updated with the link or the 2020 general election limit as needed. Closing ticket because work is complete.
