Need to ensure "Federal Election Activity" is capitalized on H4CC pages

What we're after:
After drafting reporting pages it has come to our attention that "Federal Election Activity" is inconstant sometimes being capitalized and other times it is lower case. It has been decided that this should be capitalized throughout the website. We will need to double check mainly the party pages to ensure we have "Federal Election Activity" in caps.
