User story
As a person who wants to file an AOR or a comment on a rulemaking, or as an internal stakeholder, I need updated contact information for OGC Policy.

Background
OGC Policy contacted me to get their page on transition and the organization chart updated to reflect that Neven Stipanovic is now Acting Associate General Counsel for Policy.

To do

Neven is on vacation so will touch base on his page when he gets back. @johnnyporkchops is working on the photo edits to the organizational chart.

@johnnyporkchops did a great job of updating the organization chart and it looks and functions better plus has updated Neven. The content team part of this task will be done when Neven comes back from vacation.

I've sent a reminder to Neven. Will be able to complete content work quickly when he sends his photo and bio.

Neven sent along his bio and the page has been updated. He'll follow up with a photo later. Since that's an easy upload and edit, will take care of it when he sends the photo and I think we can go ahead and close the issue now.
