OGC has requested a tweak to the glossary's definition of Super PAC: they want it to match the definition of independent expenditure-only committee (which makes sense since it's a slang term for that).
From their email:
"Because it’s just another name for an IEOPC, a Super PAC only makes IEs and it cannot make contributions to, or coordinated expenditures, with a candidate, no matter what funds it uses. The definition suggests that a Super PAC can make contributions/coordinated communications, as long as it doesn’t use the nonfederal funds to do so.
To the extent that each term will have its own link, the linked definitions should be the same."
Completion criteria
Update the glossary's definition of Super PAC as requested.

Wanted to tweak a little from what we have now for IE-only committees (to make the definition singular tense as many other glossary entries are), so have sent my proposed tweak to OGC policy for review.
