Edit add'l advanced data summaries

So that users have access to advanced data summaries in the S3 bucket, we need to update the information on the pages below to match the previous changes to Advanced Data and Bulk Downloads (#1399 & #1401).

Work includes:

• Reorganize/edit/standardize language
• Update document that tracks what language changes are made and why
• Update each wagtail page with new language and creating new data column with example data in the HTML table

Pages needing text edit/table additions

• Committee report summary
• Candidate disbursements

• Finished the committee report summary language and table edits. They're both updated in wagtail.
• Worked on the table updates for candidate disbursements. Lots of updates on that one, so it's taking a little longer. Will pick table edits and language edits back up tomorrow.

@PaulClark2: Committee report summary and candidate disbursements are both in Wagtail with revised language and updated charts.
