Currently, the URLs of pages returned by the DigitalGov search index include hard-coded URLs to their location on beta.fec.gov. We should either update these with the new production URL when we flip the site, or modify the code to only use the path and append it to some configurable base url.

Now that https://github.com/18F/fec-cms/pull/1074 is in, this will be resolved automatically when we update CANONICAL_BASE.
