Icon Request: Question Mark v2

Icon Request

• Icon name: question-mark
• Use case: There's already an icon with a question mark (help-circle), but it comes with a circle, and it may not fit with every brand guideline. I wonder if we could have one with only the question, without the circle.

I like it! What do you think about rounding the circled area a little more?

@colebemis I like that a lot! I didn't intentionally round out the stem at first to keep in line with the straight lines and angles but this looks good too.
