krakenUniq some errors when comparing samples #126

While the output from KrakenUniq loads correctly in Pavian and the snakey plots display well, I encountered an error when attempting to compare or check the bar plots across samples. The error only seems to occur during this comparison.

Could this be an issue with the format of the KrakenUniq output?
