Issues with Discord Name not syncing with OSRS name

My clan leader has the same username in game as he has on set on the discord server. For some reason the bot pulls his name from his discord username and not his discord nickname. Is there any suggested actions we could take. We tried changing his server name again to see if it was a character error.

I tried this and could not recreate it, but I will investigate it further. In my clan's Discord, we all have our nicknames set to RSN as a server rule, and I do not recall anyone having issues with pulling their Discord username instead of a nickname, I do know Discord caches those a bit oddly.

But to verify, are you talking about when a Discord user sends a message in a Discord channel, it shows in the game as the Discord username, not the nickname? Any other details will also help! Thank you!

This happens when your discord nickname is too long for the bot to parse it. If there is a character limit, that could be extended to resolve the issue
