Verbose output, parametrizable format

I would like to have more information in the output:

• date/timestamp when generated
• the app ID
• the app name
• the platform ?

Also, I would love the output to be a CSV.

So here's an idea: Instead of having a --url parameter, consider adding a --verbose output and/or a -o fmt formatter (think date/ps commands on Unix).

The --verbose would be defaulted to a format like '%c,%a,%n,%u,%p'
