MLTK

The Machine Learning Toolkit (MLTK) is an open source C++ library supporting research and development in Machine Learning.

Depends

1. gflags - Commandline flags module for C++
   Install to $HOME/thirdparty/gflags

   ./configure --prefix=$HOME/thirdparty/gflags  
   make & make install  
   export GFLAGS_ROOT="$HOME/thirdparty/gflags"  
   

2. glog - Logging library for C++
   Install to $HOME/thirdparty/glog

   ./configure --prefix=$HOME/thirdparty/glog --with-gflags=$HOME/thirdparty/gflags
   make & make install
   export GLOG_ROOT="$HOME/thirdparty/glog"

3. gtest - Google C++ Testing Framework
   Install to $HOME/thirdparty/gtest

   ./conifgure --prefix=$HOME/thirdparty/gtest
   make & make install
   export GTEST_ROOT="$HOME/thirdparty/gtest"

4. toft - C++ Base Library
   Has been integrated into MLTK as common library.

Usage

Use CMake and Make

In the project root:

mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..

By now Makefiles should be created. Then, to build executables and do all that linking stuff,

make

To prepare all your tests, run this:

cmake -Dtest=ON ..

To run all tests easily,

make test
