How to install this script?

Hi,

I've download and try install it, i don't know how.
I've config database at config/database.php but when i connect in browser it is 
Database error.

Please help me.

There is a database file in the root named database.sql. Import that file to 
MySQL.

Exact same problem here. Htaccess redirects to /projects but it's a 404.... :(

I don't get a 404, but stuck on a infinite loop of redirects to /projects...

I think this application as it is right now is incomplete. 

I tried to get it running as well but I got the same error. You can login with 
admin/admin if you go the the /login url, but it seems like the stylesheets are 
missing too...

Or the developers' commit is incomplete :)

This project is in the beginning stages, not yet ready for deployment.
