How to Pick Best Model in RegNetX?

Hi, in regnet, the paper[1] mentioned it picks the best model of 25 random models (Section 5) as the final result.
However, I cannot find the relative setting to train these 25 random models. Is that used the same setting to get EDF, showed in Figure.9 ?
