just noting, it doesn't seem to be related to active tab; rather the margin top is used for spacing out list items in markdown generated. seems more generally an issue with horizontal lists.

Docusaurus gets around this with its Tabs with a margin-top: 0 !important for tab items, although that's probably not an ideal solution.
