Relay modern subscriptions example & docs?

I've implemented GraphQL subscriptions on the backend & it's awesome! Now it's time to include it on the front-end. I've looked everywhere to try find any documentation & examples that use relay modern for subscriptions. The only examples/docs I've seen are Apollo based.

Any examples/documentation would help us all get to understand subscriptions on the front-end a lot more 😄

• Is there any documentation for subscriptions using relay modern?
• Are there any examples using subscriptions with relay modern?
