[RFE] bigiqClient class #9

Placeholder for bigiq connectivity. Initial ideas as follows:

Same auth token + auth provider mgmt as f5Client
similar file upload/download functionality
ATC ILX RPM mgmt
list/manage devices managed by bigiq
list/manage licenses managed by bigiq
list/manage applications managed by bigiq
deploy vmware VE + DO?
list/manage ASM policies managed by bigiq
list/manage APM policies managed by bigiq

I think most of this happened but in the form of mutating the bigipClient since most of the calls are the same.

DumpySquare added the enhancement label
