HackRF changes

Following SDRangel v4.5.3 changes:

• HackRF input: removed Tx synchro flag (not implemented in the GUI anyway)
• HackRF output: implemented the Fc position control (center, infra, supra)

Remote input and new audio output parameters

This release features the change from SDRdaemon source to Remote input that was done in SDRangel 4.4.3. It also implements the new audio output parameters implemented in version 4.4.4. In addition there is a package upgrade to solve some security vulnerabilities.

DeamonSink/Source renaming to Remote

Followed the renaming of DeamonSink to RemoteSink and DaemonSource to RemoteSource channels in SDRangel v4.4.2

First release

This is the first "official" release. Almost all devices and channels supported by SDRangel REST API are supported in this client. Missing are the SDRdaemon devices (to be renamed) and SoapySDR devices. SoapySDR is a litlle bit more complex to implement due to its variable nature. It may come later.
