Not upgrading ezflow/ezwebin packages causes fatal error's

Hi,
After using the ezupgrade tool we must upgrade the packages mentioned in the direct upgrade doc.

After upgrade if we create an article before upgrading the ezflow/ezwebin packages ezpublish gives a fatal error.
This was tested in a ezflow 4.4.0 with content.

To me this is a feature request: Automatic update of packages from packages.ez.no. Had a look at it and since ezpm does not support update or delete of installed packages this feature will require a bit of work.
