it landed in libgit2, now we need it to get into git2-rs: rust-lang/git2-rs#929

PR blocked - think we need to wait for a new libgit2 release: rust-lang/git2-rs#930

PR is ready to be merged upstream. once it is released we can at least add support for stashing on per-file-basis

Thanks for the amazing tool. I had used git-cola for many years but gitui is so much faster!

I need to split this one out into a new task for stashing a selection of files which could be done now.

The stashing of hunks and lines will not happen anytime soon
