absent: ext-formPanel specific configs

The ext-formPanel component is missing its own configs -- at least url and jsonSubmit are not there, which makes it difficult to work with the component without using custom configs.

As these settings are correctly listing in Ext JS documentation, there may be some issues with the API generation that are skipping those basic settings of the component.
