Calendar panel won't render at all depending on time zone

Currently, 2019-02-22, at BRT time zone (UTC-3h), the examples won't open due to a render issue. They opened last examples explorer test, which was 2019-02-20. Interesting that, at that time, it was already at BRT (changed from BRST to BRT midnight 16-17 of Feb).

Switching the time zone (for instance) to Atlantic time (UTC-4h), makes it so the example works.

At least google Chrome 71 and MS-Edge fails with that.
