Describe the bug:
Scrolling down on Youtube Subscriptions has a huge performance hit, making it stutter.
When you get to the stage where it loads new videos, the window starts to hang and you can't do anything until it finished loading.
The further down you go, the worse it gets.
I tried to go down several months to catch up on new music, but this seemed to be impossible with HoverZoom enabled.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions'
  2. Scroll down until new videos get loaded

Expected behavior:
No freezes and faster loading, which happens with HoverZoom disabled.

Desktop:

  • OS: Arch with Zen-Kernel; 64-bit
  • Browser: Brave from AUR
  • Version: 1.70.119 (Chromium: 129.0.6668.70

Additional context:
Imagus, from which I try to get away, doesn't have this problem.
