Plugin for react-native-intercom

I recently created a plugin for react-native-intercom here: https://github.com/cmaycumber/config-plugin-react-native-intercom.

It does currently not feature complete but handles the basic integration. Would you be open to a PR that moves this into this monorepo w/ your feedback on the plugin design?

@Talent-Roy You can open an issue on my repo and I may be able to help! I moved the repo over to a structure similar to the config-plugin one but haven't had the chance to create a PR into this repo.
