[Enhancement] Track user activity based on ESI´s new "/online" endpoint

The new "GET /characters/{character_id}/location/" ESI endpoint should be used to update character log data.

Characters that haven´t changed their location (system), shipType, dockedStation and/or are no longer in-game, will be updated by cronjob (no changes). The cronjob now checks the /online endpoint as well, and updates/deletes data if character is still/not longer in-game.

New ESI scope required: esi-location.read_online.v1
