Extending cont_cut to or_plot

Hi!

Thank you so much for the work. Recently there have been updates to include cont_cut to finalfit to prevent continuous variables to be treated as factor unintentionally, is there a plan to also update or_plot? Thank you!

P/S: new feature request so feel free to ignore this, but being able to specify increments for odds ratio calculation would be super helpful considering how odds ratio can be very easily misused in many cases.

I also want to know the updates.
cont_cut now is available in finalfit(), but it doesn't work in glmuni() or glmmulti(). That means we cannot get right results from a poisson model
