System info: ethermint main branch

Steps to reproduce:

  1. build for linux arm64 with goreleaser

Expected behavior: success

Actual behavior: fail to build panicwrap dependency

Additional info:

panicwrap 1.3.3 fixed the linux arm64 build, but accidentally break mac build, this PR is for that:
bugsnag/panicwrap#23
