I find myself wanting to have access to the predicate functions in internal, mostly for use with the new predicate helpers.

  • Create a new preds directory.
  • move all predicate functions from internal to preds.
  • Expose each function on the public api.
  • Back fill any missing specs.
  • Update README to inform dat public
