@tmtmtmtm said that in the Ruby gem this is based on, they switched to using real EP Popolo JSON files after the second or third bug that arose from artificial test cases not matching realistic data. We should switch to similar fixtures in this module (or at least supplement the current tests with equivalents using real data).
