We are trying to use this book at our company, but need to know what license your sample code is released under before we can use the book.

Can you please add a LICENSE file to your repo?

Please see https://choosealicense.com/ for examples.

Right now, we have to assume that we have no rights to use or modify examples in this book: https://choosealicense.com/no-permission/

I had a quick conversation with Aaron on Twitter.

Hi, @ruralocity, we'd like to use your book, but are unsure of the source code licensing? Can you clarify and please update the license on your github? https://t.co/r79vhzWVaR

I like the wording @pragprog uses. I’m trying to find a matching license: (1/2)

“Copyrights apply to this source code. You may use the source code in your own projects, however the source code may not be used to create training material, courses, books, articles, and the like. We make no guarantees that this source code is fit for any purpose.” (2/2)

I can change this into a pull request, but in the meantime this should help for people that need a license.
