When the carrier starts working, currently he/she can select an order to be delivered or skip it. If skipped it won't show up again for that carrier.
This feature asks to display a list of orders to be delivered in the carrier app, so he/she can choose to have a full view of what are the orders and he/she can choose the best choice.
The "skip" function appears to be needed most when the carrier sees only one order (current situation) and wants to see the next one, but in this new mode the carrier sees all (or a few) orders at the same time. The "skip" function then may need to be modified, since I am not sure how "skip" would work in a list/menu display. Maybe "skipping" an order becomes "dropping" an order from the list or menu.
If the skipping/dropping function is kept, in case the carrier "drops" an order from the carrier view, because, say he/she is not interested in delivering that order and doesn't want to see it anymore, a new option may be made available for the carrier to "reset" his/her "drops" in case he/she made a mistake upon dropping one, and he/she is the only carrier for the restaurant. In that case, if a "reset" option is not made available then it would mean that that order would not be delivered by anyone.
