bc_ee_add_product_surcharge.php: Two Products in one registration

Hello

I' am not able to add 2 products to the same registration.
I have added 2 questions and configurated 2 products in the script. Each of them work fine alone, but not together.

I would like to give the registrants the possibility to add 2 products (example: T-Shirt and a Cup)

Probably fixed this issue with #14
