Handling inconsistencies in vicon imports

Vicon raw data is not monotonic - some events are being duplicated, They have the same timestamp and same X, Y, Z values, same rotation and same body ID.
An example of non monotonic timestamps is 20200626viconcheckerboardtrial08.
pose.py could have some general functions for cleaning up pose data with such problems.
