Add Tariff numbers in API response and recipient tax id

Tariff numbers
I would like to propose the addition of the tariff numbers information to the API response.
Why?
We currently have a tool that connects multiple e-commerce platforms under a single unified schema Etsy is one of the most popular platforms in our project but most of our clients work with national and international shipping and this value is required to complete some transactions.

Recipient tax id on checkout.
Also, I would like to be able to receive the tax id of the recipient on the checkout form and include that information in the order response of the API.
Why?
As mentioned before we mainly work with national and international shipping and this information is also required in transactions in countries like Brazil, New Zealand, Norway, the UK, and more
