Unfortunately, that is still the correct contact info. Etsy has been largely non-responsive to the developer community of late. I assume that their API just isn’t a very high priority and that they don’t have sufficient dedicated staff to be reasonably responsive to that email account. |

Callback URL? Sounds like OAuth. Does use of the Etsy API require use of an OAuth level exchange? While Printify offers that level, they also offer a simpler level for personal use that only requires an authentication token. I am not going to access other users' data, so I do not need OAuth level access. |

Hello everyone! Am I using the correct approach? Last year, I received an immediate response from customer service at [email protected] to help activate my API key in pending approval (personal use). This year, with my new shop, I haven’t received any response at all, not even an automated reply. Is the service still active? Do you have any ideas on who I could contact? Thanks in advance.
