Bug Description

Running nox -s quickstart is failing with errors. It is failing on step 3 where it tries to save the results to disk.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run nox -s quickstart
  2. Follow the quick start prompts
  3. On step 3 there will be an error

Expected behavior

Should be no errors

  • Version: main branch
  • OS: MacOS
  • Python Version: 3.9
  • Docker Version: 20.10.17

Fix quickstart by using docker-compose run and docker network for all commands ethyca/fidesops
