Use connector_param labels and description in the UI

Is your feature request related to a specific problem?

The connector_params in the SaaS config allow the user to specify a label which is the user-friendly version of the connector param, and a description to give more detail about the usage of the param.

Describe the solution you'd like

The Datastore connection page should use the label and description field to render this additional information

The label should be used as the name (if available) and the description should be included in the tooltip (if available).
