Launchpad does not recognize deposits #556

Launchpad seems to not recognize deposits in the following cases:

Takes more than 20 mins for the transaction to get included in a block
If the transaction gets replaced with one with higher gas
If the user presses "reject"

In all the above cases it does not seem to alow the user to re-do the deposit.
