It seems our response times for fetching files have become quite long, from the feedback we've heard. We should have a look at it and see what's causing it. My guess is, it's a general I/O bottleneck and this should be resolved or at least improved once #1380 is done.

But besides it's a nice idea to have a dashboard for different response times of different endpoints.

Closing as it doesn't make sense to do any interventions as of now before #1380
