Don't even open a folder

After downloading the ZIP file and ran the EXE I'm facing a blank windows with the GitHub logo and a toolbar. In the "Open Folder" option there is a "Select Folder" window that do nothing. I select a folder with some SOL files but nothing happens.

After close the application and ran again, the "Open Folder" option was gone! Only "Exit" was there.
