• block times go from ~13s to exactly 12s from PoW to PoS. eg. will impact lending contracts that make assumptions for calculating annual rates
• tx fees go to validator address on the Execution layer: see here

We should also probably add marius's testing doc to the agenda(maybe after an introduction to the devnets?), some of the participants might be technically inclined enough to help us knock some points off.
