Additionally, if were useful, wrote this blog notes https://arnaucube.com/blog/powersoftau.html where it is shown the way to verify the correct computation of the powers of tau, together with Sage code snippets to generate the contribution. I didn't include it in the PR because I'm not sure that it fits in this repo, but putting it here in the comment in case that it were useful.
