How to build this with npm

Is it possible to run this locally with npm without using helm? What are the commands for that?

This project relies on https://github.com/etcd-manage/etcd-manage-server And the current running mode is to package the front-end code into binary. If you want to run it locally, you need a mysql, pour the latest SQL file of etcd manage server, and compile etcd manage server.
