We don't really explain what APIs/requests are forwarded to leaderover Raft layer (e.g. Put, Linearizable Get), or member/server-specific without Raft layer (e.g. Snapshot, Defrag). Simple explanation would be helpful when creating clientv3.Config https://godoc.org/github.com/coreos/etcd/clientv3#Config.
