What would you like to be added?

grpc.resolver.Target.Endpoint and some other fields are deprecated, URL field is suggested to use instead.
client/v3/naming/resolver needs to be updated, and remove the deprecated fields

Why is this needed?

for future compatibility with grpc-go library
